At The Style Vault, each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care. We value transparency and encourage considered purchasing to ensure your selection is perfect for you, as we are unable to offer refunds.
Individual product listings may contain additional information specific to that item. We kindly ask that you review all descriptions carefully prior to placing your order.
Should you have any questions regarding a garment, please contact us before completing your purchase.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.
Exchange Policy
If your item is not the right fit, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To initiate an exchange, please email info@thestylevault.ae with your order number. Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

Please note that only one exchange per order is permitted.
All exchanges must be authorized in writing by our customer care team prior to return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs. Returns must be sent via a tracked and insured courier service, as The Style Vault cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost, damaged, or undelivered once in the courier’s possession.
Tracking information must be shared with our team to ensure a smooth exchange process.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, items must be returned:

In original packaging

With all tags, hygiene seals, and security ribbons intact

Unworn, unaltered, and unused

Free from stains, odors, marks, or signs of wear
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs so we may assess and resolve the matter promptly.
Once your exchange request is approved, return details will be provided via email.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to improper handling

Sale items, sample sale pieces, “Last Chance” items, discounted purchases, or orders made using store credit

Gift cards and store credit
Items must be returned in pristine condition. Garments that show signs of wear — including perfume, deodorant, makeup, smoke scent, or other odors — will not be accepted.
Minor damage to outer packaging that does not affect the garment itself does not qualify as a valid reason for return.
Items purchased as part of a bundle or set must be returned in full.
We recommend reviewing delivery timelines carefully before purchase, particularly if you require your item for a specific event. If your order arrives within the stated pre-order timeframe but after your intended date, it will not be eligible for refund.
Refund Policy
All orders are final and non-refundable.
In the rare instance that an item is confirmed by our customer care team to be defective, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit at our discretion.
Returned goods must be received and inspected before any resolution is issued.
Please note:

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Refunds exclude shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method
Cancellation & Amendments
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, unless the item is custom-made and cancellation is requested immediately.
Standard orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
Requests to amend an order (such as size changes or additional items) must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, the order may already be in processing or prepared for dispatch, particularly for Ready to Ship items.
For pre-orders, amendment requests must be made promptly. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, adjustments cannot be guaranteed once production has commenced and may impact delivery timelines.
The Style Vault reserves the right to decline cancellation or amendment requests in accordance with applicable consumer laws and where fulfillment has already begun.
