We always recommend contacting us for the most up to date delivery timeframe for your shipping address to confirm whether it will arrive in time in case you need it for a specific event. If we have advised against ordering because of a short timeframe and you still place an order, we cannot issue a refund if the order arrives after your intended date. Please note that delivery times stated on the website are estimates and the actual time varies by your exact shipping address.

We take 2-3 business days to make your order before it is dispatched. 

Delivery timelines begin once your order has been dispatched.

Important Shipping Information

• Orders requiring additional verification will be processed once the requested information has been received.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled (including changes to size, items, or shipping address), as processing begins immediately to ensure prompt dispatch.

• If a parcel is returned due to missed delivery or refusal, additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.
